Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Sales Engineer
Job Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers offering topnotch service and support. You will handle customer inquiries troubleshoot technical issues assist with product setup and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for customers ensuring highquality service and support
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner escalating as needed
- Stay current with company products services and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Use active listening to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements
- Assist with product setup troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately
- Keep customer records updated in the company database
- Follow up postpurchase to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings to support ongoing improvements
