This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring recruitment and daytoday HR operations including payroll management. This role is crucial to maintaining a smooth and efficient HR function within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Endtoend recruitment: sourcing screening scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle payroll processing and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate daytoday HR activities (attendance leaves compliance).
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with payroll software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized reliable and detailoriented.
You've at least 2 years of hands-on experience working as project manager. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects. You've excellent knowhow of software systems. You ve great communication skills (verbal and written). You re driven enough to build processes that scale up. You ve clear understanding of agile development methodology. You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test , and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing / personal projects.
