Our client in the motor industry is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to join a highperforming team driving global IT innovation. As part of a major international IT hub you ll play a key role in delivering quality assurance and testing solutions for enterprise systems used across the BMW Group globally.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and maintenance of test strategies and test planning across major systems.
Manage test execution reporting and quality assurance processes using tools such as XRay.
Collaborate with crossfunctional feature teams to ensure functional and nonfunctional requirements are met.
Develop and oversee automated tests (frontend backend and integration).
Guide and implement performance and load testing strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes reporting mechanisms and team capability.
Identify and implement training needs for QA engineers.
Mentor junior team members and foster a highperformance culture.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 years overall IT experience with 3 years in a senior QA/Test Manager capacity.
Strong experience in test planning strategy execution and reporting.
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models.
Strong knowledge of test data management and QA best practices.
Tools: XRay Jira Git GitHub Actions.
Advantageous Skills
Automated testing tools: Playwright Cucumber.
Performance testing: JMeter Gatling.
Experience with AWS architecture.
Security reliability and portability testing knowledge.
Qualifications
A relevant IT degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
