Our client is a leading real estate company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop manage and follow up on potential leasing opportunities to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.
Consistently achieve leasing targets by successfully closing transactions.
Conduct indepth market research and stay informed about trends within target industry sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and industry associations both locally and internationally.
Prepare customized leasing proposals aligned with the specific needs of potential clients and the organization s value offerings.
Lead and coordinate site tours for prospective tenants and visiting delegations.
Work crossfunctionally with internal teams to draft negotiate and finalize commercial agreements.
Maintain accurate records and sales reports in internal systems ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Strengthen tenant relationships in collaboration with customer service and facility management teams.
Support the planning and execution of roadshows promotional campaigns and tenant engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector.
Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Fluent in English with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
Proven background in B2B sales or customer service is essential.
Experience working with foreign direct investment (FDI) clients is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
