This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dedicated Washington attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be actively licensed and in good standing with the Washington D.C. Bar and have experience handling cases in areas such as immigration and family law. This role involves managing cases from consultation through resolution with a focus on client retention and effective legal advocacy. Flexibility to work across other areas of law is also essential.

Pay: $30.00 $80.00 per hour

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to clients in immigration family law and other relevant legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and case investigations.
- Draft review and file legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations mediations and court proceedings.
- Offer consultations and guide clients through legal processes.
- Collaborate with local cocounsel in states where you may not be licensed.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
- Willingness to work across other areas of law including but not limited to Corporate Real Estate Employment and Community Legal Services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Washington D.C. Bar License in good standing (REQUIRED).
- Strong legal research drafting and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relations abilities.
- No criminal history.
- Ability to work flexible hours and commit as many hours as possible per week.
