Lead freight bill audits and ensure accuracy in all transportation billing processes.
Manage accounting functions related to freight including monthend close accruals and account reconciliations.
Review carrier aging statements resolve disputes and claims and serve as the primary contact for carrier communications.
Develop and maintain spreadsheet models for cost tracking reporting and analysis.
Build and automate reporting dashboards using SQL and Power BI.
Collaborate with operations teams and support crossfunctional projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for freight auditors and coordinate with the international team.
Support the Director of Finance and Procurement with budgeting forecasting and scenario modeling for distribution centers and stores.
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Finance Accounting or related field.
3 years experience in freight billing transportation analysis or supply chain finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with SQL and Power BI for data analysis is a plus and heavily desired. Familiarity with SAP Snowflake and financial management tools is a plus.
Strong project management skills and experience leading or supporting crossfunctional initiatives.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
