The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated PartTime Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Associate (PA) to deliver safe effective and personalized patient care in our growing network of clinics. As a medical leader in the clinic you will guide patients through our comprehensive weight loss program using your clinical expertise and empathetic communication to foster longterm health outcomes.

You will report directly to the Medical Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care. This is a handson clinical role within a supportive purposedriven environment.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Conduct initial and followup consultations including physical exams and patient assessments in line with company guidelines.
  • Order interpret and explain diagnostic tests and labs.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans in accordance with protocols and patient needs.
  • Prescribe medications per collaborative agreement and maintain documentation in the EMR.
  • Provide education on nutrition exercise supplements and healthy behavior change to maximize the safety and efficacy of our program.
  • Conduct patient followups and support adherence to treatment plans.

Operational Support

  • Ensure EMR documentation aligns with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care
  • Participate in training initiatives and serve as an inclinic resource for medical protocol questions.

Leadership & Development

  • Review clinic performance metrics and contribute to improving outcomes and KPIs.
  • Represent MediWeightloss in medical forums and support business development efforts through professional referrals.
  • Stay current on obesity medicine wellness trends and evidencebased practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Oregon
  • Maintain full and current board certification
  • Current DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Commitment to patientcentered care and preventive medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Previous experience in weight management internal medicine or family practice
  • Spanishspeaking ability
  • Prior credentialing with major insurance carriers
  • Knowledge of IV therapy exercise physiology or wellness coaching
  • Patient education and/or customer service experience
  • Leadership or training experience in a clinical setting

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
  • Flexible Schedule (20 hours a week to start across 23 shifts) potential for additional hours as the clinic grows
  • PTO for Part Time Status
  • No oncall requirements


Successful Candidates Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years of age 1 year of experience in a childcare setting preferred Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver s license Authorized to work in the US Work authorization (Required) CPR/AED certification preferred

Education

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Oregon Maintain full and current board certification Current DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
