Profile Requirements:
- Experience in outbound prospecting: Proficiency in cold calling emailing and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads with 3 years experience.
- Strong research skills: Ability to research target industries companies and key decisionmakers to identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency with sales tools: Familiarity with CRM software lead databases LinkedIn and other sales and marketing tools for lead management.
- Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for scheduling appointments confirming details and nurturing leads.
- Data management skills: Experience in maintaining accurate lead databases generating reports and analyzing data to track performance.
- Team collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies share insights and support overall sales objectives.
- Open to progressing to a full time role in the future.
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling emailing and social media to identify and qualify leads using tools like CRM software and LinkedIn.
- Research industries companies and decisionmakers to gather information and uncover sales opportunities.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments coordinating calendars and ensuring high attendance rates.
- Nurture leads by maintaining communication addressing concerns and moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Manage and update lead databases generate reports and analyze data to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts share insights and enhance messaging and targeting strategies.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
