Job Description
As a Telecom OSS Architect you will:
- Drive the architectural design and evolution of Telecom Operational Support Systems (OSS) with a focus on Plan & Build lifecycle stages.
- Lead the development and integration of network design and planning solutions into the broader OSS architecture.
- Define and document architectural standards and principles across the telecom network domains.
- Collaborate with engineering planning and operations teams to ensure alignment between technical design and business strategy.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to support endtoend service fulfillment provisioning and network evolution.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 years of experience in Telecom OSS architecture network planning and design.
- Proven track record of delivering architecture solutions across largescale telecom environments.
- Deep understanding of network technologies (IP optical RAN transport) and their associated planning and inventory systems.
- Experience with OSS tools for Plan & Build (e.g. inventory topology design tools).
- Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM SID) and industry best practices.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design endtoend OSS architectures supporting network build expansion and lifecycle management.
- Align business needs with technical solutions in dynamic telecom environments.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including product owners network planners and IT architects.
- Analyze existing infrastructure identify gaps and propose modernized OSS architectures.
- Mentor technical teams and guide solution implementation across project phases.
