Job Description:
Responsible for trimming aligning and inspecting solar cell strings after stringing. The Buzzing Operator ensures defectfree strings are ready for the next process.
Key Responsibilities:
Trim excess interconnect ribbons and align strings.
Inspect strings for cracks misalignment or soldering issues.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of cells.
Follow SOPs and safety standards during operations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Experience in wiring or electrical assembly preferred. Basic understanding of electrical components and circuits. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
