Job Description:
The Production Incharge is responsible for overseeing daytoday production operations ensuring optimal output quality and compliance with safety standards. This role involves managing manpower coordinating between departments maintaining production schedules and ensuring machinery and resources are used efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise production activities to meet daily weekly and monthly targets.
Allocate manpower and monitor shiftwise performance.
Ensure quality standards and minimize rework or rejection.
Coordinate with maintenance quality and warehouse teams.
Maintain production reports and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and consumables.
Enforce safety standards and 5S implementation on the shop floor.
Train and guide line supervisors and operators for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Experience in wiring or electrical assembly preferred. Basic understanding of electrical components and circuits. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
