What you get to do:
As a Nurse youll deliver the peace of mind that elevates our guest experience. Your reassuring presence will foster a positive atmosphere which enables the highest level of Ambassador performance and guest service. You will:
- Identify patient needs and priorities for case utilizing the nursing process through assessment planning implementing (and/or delegating or referring for care) and evaluating outcomes
- Administer OTC medications to guests and team members in accordance with company medical protocols and policies as well as standing orders.
- Work alongside park Emergency Medical Technicians to respond to medical emergencies throughout the park
- Provide care to ill/injured guests and employees within the scope of practice utilizing company medical protocols policies and standing orders.
- Share essential information regarding guest and employee incidents through documentation and verbal communication and in compliance with HIPPA regulations
- Document assessments and treatment provided on appropriate forms.
- Initiate accident investigations for workrelated and riderelated incidents
- Perform daily opening and/or closing duties of the First Aid station
- Perform miscellaneous functions as required including but not limited to general maintenance organization and appearance of the First Aid station restocking of supplies cleaning treatment areas and contacting proper support units as needed

- Flexibility to perform varied duties
What else is important:
- Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license required
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR and AED certification required
- Two years PreHospital/Emergency/Nursing School/Camp Nurse/Occupational Health Nursing experience preferred
- Ability to lift push pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
- Perform the following physical activities: kneeling squatting bend floorto waist/waisttooverhead reach overhead simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
- Perform cleaning duties including use of cleaning chemicals
- Willingness to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather to include extreme heat and cold
- Flexible consistent availability (including nights weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement
- Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations
- Ability to successfully complete all legal company and department training requirements within established timelines
