Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Account Representative to support our growing client base. This entrylevel role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their professional skills in a clientfacing environment while contributing to highimpact projects. The Junior Account Representative will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are consistently met with excellence.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring smooth and timely communication
Support senior account managers in project execution and client followup
Prepare reports track account activity and update internal databases
Assist with client onboarding and provide updates on ongoing initiatives
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to meet client expectations and deliverables
Participate in meetings and provide feedback to improve service processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Problemsolving mindset and willingness to learn
Previous experience in a customer service sales or accountrelated role is a plus
