Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning executing and managing a variety of events ensuring every detail is in place to create memorable experiences for clients. You will collaborate with clients vendors and internal teams to deliver highquality events that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate events including logistics schedules and vendor management.
Work closely with clients to understand their event goals and ensure their vision is realized.
Oversee event setup and execution ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
Manage budgets and ensure events are delivered within the allocated budget.
Provide postevent evaluations and ensure all client feedback is addressed.
Maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers to support event planning needs.
Handle eventrelated administrative tasks including contracts invoices and schedules.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
