Are you an experienced retail manager with a passion for community and a drive to achieve
Were on the lookout for a dynamic peoplefocused leader to lead the way at our vibrant Whitianga store. If you love variety enjoy autonomy and want to make a genuine difference this exciting role could be your next great opportunity!
This role is permanent full time position working 40 hours each week Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include
- Overseeing and managing shop operations and stock levels
- Driving revenue growth by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Actively promoting and marketing the store within the local community
- Creating eyecatching displays and set pricing for merchandise
- Organising staff roster lead and motivate staff and volunteers
- Generating monthly reports and forecasting
- Fostering a warm inclusive environment where great customer service thrives
Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Solid experience in retail management visual merchandising and an interest in secondhand goods
- A strong track record of leading highperforming teams
- A highly motivated proactive cando attitude that drives you to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
- A passion for achieving results and meeting sales targets
- Confidence in recruiting leading and energising volunteers
- Great relationship building skills and strong community focus
