Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in San Bernardino United States. As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic decisionmaking processes within our organization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and analyze financial data
- Prepare detailed financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends opportunities and potential risks
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes working closely with department heads
- Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies between actual and projected results
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Assist in adhoc financial projects and analysis as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred
- 25 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
- Knowledge of financial markets and economic trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $70000 $80000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset experience training location scope of role management responsibility etc.
