Link Solutions is seeking System Administrators (Intermediate and Senior Level) to join our team in support of the US Armys Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth KS.

As a System Administrator you will oversee the design implementation and maintenance of server infrastructure of online web services. You will be responsible for high availability security compliance and operational excellence across enterprise and missioncritical systems hosted onpremises and within cloud environments.

Responsibilities:
- Administer maintain and support Microsoft Windows Server environments including Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and associated services.
- Manage virtual environments (VMware vSphere) and physical server hardware ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement system and security updates perform patch management and enforce STIG compliance in accordance with DoD Cybersecurity policies.
- Support online applications by provisioning backend infrastructure and resolving systemrelated issues.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery/continuity operations using tools compliant with Government standards.
- Monitor and tune system performance; provide metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
- Document system configurations processes and changes in compliance with quality and configuration control standards.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to implement Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and manage HBSS/ACAS tools.
- Interface with development teams to ensure that system requirements align with application needs and operational constraints.
- Assist in ensuring RMF and STIG compliance in software and system specifications.

Qualifications :
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security CE CCNA Security GICSP GSEC SSCP etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Server Administration virtualization platforms (VMware) and storage systems.
- Experience with DoD STIGs RMF and IAVM compliance procedures.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and enterprise monitoring tools.
Intermediate Level:
- Standard qualifications above.
- Four (4) years of IT experience preferably within a Help/Service Desk environment.
- Experience with Juniper Cisco and Aruba networking equipment.
Senior Level:
- Standard qualifications above.
- Three (3) years of experience providing daily supervision and direction to personnel across the Network teams.
- Eight (8) years of IT experience preferably within a Help/Service Desk environment.
Preferred:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- IAT Level III Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CASP CCNP Security CISA CISSP GCED GCIH etc.).
- Experience supporting web applications within Army or DoD environments.
- Familiarity with DISA tools such as HBSS ACAS and SCCM.
- Microsoft or VMware certifications (e.g. MCSA MCSE VCP).
- Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
- Strong selfstarter requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information :
This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next several weeks at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
