• You develop and implement communication strategies that support change and transformation in line with Syntegons strategic goals.
• Your role includes translating complex initiatives into clear engaging content tailored to diverse internal audiences.
• As a trusted sparring partner you support executives and transformation leads in shaping key messages and communication touchpoints.
• You identify communication needs across the organization and adapt formats accordinglywhether townhalls toolkits videos or infographics.
• Leaders and managers benefit from your guidance in becoming effective communicators and cultural ambassadors.
• Close collaboration with HR and business leaders ensures a consistent and engaging change journey for all employees.
• You measure the impact of communication and continuously refine your approach based on feedback and data insights

Qualifications :

• A degree in Communications Organizational Psychology Business or a related field is a plus.
• You bring several years of experience in corporate or internal communication ideally within transformation or change initiatives.
• You are confident engaging with senior leaders acting as both a coach and a constructive challenger when needed.
• Your strengths lie in strategic thinking compelling storytelling and the ability to craft content from overarching narratives to practical tools.
• A collaborative working style enables you to build trusted relationships across departments and hierarchical levels.
• Resilience and adaptability are part of your natureyou navigate uncertainty and shifting priorities with ease. You are fluent in English; German skills are a strong asset.
