Job Description
Here at Home Instead West Fife and Kinross we are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants with a variety of hours and different contract options available.
We provide awardwinning home care of the highest quality. Care Assistants are known as Care Professionals within Home Instead and the care and support our Care Professionals deliver is designed to allow our clients to live independently in their own homes.
You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional and we encourage people from different sectors to apply whether that is: retail hospitality childcare customer service delivery driving. We provide training and support from the start.

What does being a Care Professional involve
- Minimum 1hour visits
- Introductions to all new clients
- Care Professionals matched to clients based on personality background hobbies and interests.
- Companionship lead care service
- Shopping general household tasks and preparing fresh food from scratch!
- Building strong professional relationships
- Variety on nonmedical services to help the client stay as independent as possible in their own home
Day range:
A variety of personalised schedules to choose from Monday to Friday and alternate weekends

Qualifications :

You will be required to travel between our clients homes; therefore a valid UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle would be essential.
