Richmond Behavioral Health is hiring for dependable and qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to join our North Campus. The selected individual will help clients in their recovery from substance use and cooccurring disorders through role modeling and empathetic traumainformed support. Works closely with providers and other members of the health care team in this residential medical withdrawal management program performing a variety of back office and patientrelated tasks to ensure smooth patient and work flow within the program. Essential Functions - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show compassion and empathy while maintaining professional boundaries and modeling appropriate interpersonal behavior.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment follow organizational policies and procedures maintain confidentiality in accordance with 42 CFR 45 CFR HIPAA and related laws as set forth in organizations policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe clean and healthy environment through light housekeeping including changing bed linens dusting and vacuuming cleaning kitchen and bathroom and laundry.
- Providing companionship and encouraging activities for the clients including reading crafts etc.
- Taking clients vital signs and recording in chart.
- Observing and reporting changes in clients condition.
- Accurately preparing daily records and submitting them to the office by date due.
- Participating in inservice education programs.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Provide holiday weekend evening and overnight coverage as scheduled.
