SCPSutter Center for PsychiatryPosition Overview:
Provides psychosocial assessment individual/family therapy discharge and aftercare planning to patients and their families in an outpatient setting. Delivers services and treatments based on recoveryoriented services family systems and evidenced based treatments. Provides consultation and training on psychosocial aspects of human behavior and complex environments. Serves as the primary contact for involving and educating patients families and significant others in the process of treatment and mental health recovery. Acts as a liaison to community programs and develop strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans of patients and their families. This job is performed in both inpatient and outpatient as well as in an individual or a group setting.Job Description:

Pay Range is $51.82 to $69.94 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
