Laborer Pipe Layer

OVERVIEW

Archer Western Construction is currently seeking a Laborer Pipelayer for the Brine Disposal Pipeline Improvements Project inGoodyear AZ.

The Laborer Pipelayer will perform pipelaying tasks involving physical labor (laying joining wrapping sealing) on construction jobsites including commercial industrial or heavy civil projects; may operate hand and/or power tools as needed; may prepare site and assist with other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lays joins aligns wraps and seals pipe sections clay concrete and other type of pipe for water/gas main sanitary sewer telephone/electrical conduits
• Ability to work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills hammers and other tools as directed by management
• Ability to perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 Years Verifiable Experience Preferred
• Requires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing bending kneeling or sitting for long periods
• Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screening

RESPONSABILIDADES

CALIFICACIONES
