Aerospace Instructor Multiple Specialties $32/hr. 3040 hrs./week Renton/Everett WA
Location:WA Everett
Pay Rate:$32.00/hour
Schedule: 3040 hours/week (flexible / 32 hrs./week)
Travel: Majority of events in Renton or Everett WA; additional locations include Seattle Auburn and Frederickson.
Mileage: Reimbursed
Dress Code: Business Casual
Position Summary:
Were seeking experienced Aerospace Instructors to deliver handson technical training in various aerospace disciplines. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and the ability to effectively teach and train in a professional environment. Veterans with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Open Instructor Roles:
1. Electrical Instructor
- Aircraft electrical installations and assembly
- Troubleshooting electrical functional tests
- Electrical crimping and soldering
- Basic mechanical aptitude
2. Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor
- Aircraft assembly bonding & grounding and electrical installs
- Heavy structure drilling and maintenance
- Reading blueprints and applying production standards
- Functional test and aircraft systems troubleshooting
3. Aerospace Seal Instructor
- Application of aircraft sealants
- Cleaning and prepping aircraft surfaces for sealant application
4. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor
- Knowledge of Confined Space Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO) DOT and Fall Protection regulations
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance
- Ability to instruct and communicate complex topics effectively
- Must be able to stand while teaching throughout the day
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Important:
- Must be comfortable working in a professional structured environment
- Experience teaching technical content is required
- Overtime is not guaranteedbut may be available depending on business needs
