The Premier Collection is searching for an experienced Parts Assistant Manager for our White Plains location. Parts Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of Lincoln parts and accessories.
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service assisting techs and wholesale clients in identifying the right parts for their repair.
- Train and supervise parts department staff ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory sales and transactions.
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet customer needs and increase sales opportunities.
- Prospect wholesale customers to build the wholesale business.
- Stay updated on Lincoln products technology and market trends.
- Protect the moral financial and legal wellbeing of the retailer.
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- CDK experience preferred.
