ARSIEM is looking for a Windows Vulnerability Analyst to provide Windows analysis support to the Strategic Vulnerability Assessment Team (Blue Team) in support of Defensive Cybersecurity. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions in support of Defensive Cybersecurity Operations.
- Develop analytics and prototype solutions answering new questions and providing better answers to existing questions.
- Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative integrated fastpaced environment using leading technologies.
- Support Blue Team missions with opportunities to support Red Hunt and JCMA missions as required.
- Provide mentorship to other team members and be open to learning techniques and tools from other team members.
- Leverage skills to look for areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
- Provide integration and training support for a Cyber Range.
Minimum Qualifications
- Cybersecurity experience
- System vulnerability analysis in at least one of these areas (Windows Unix Infrastructurei.e. Networks)
- Splunk or a similar tool
- Familiarity with customer enrichment sources available to analysts
Preferred Qualifications
- PowerShell
- Python
- Bash Scripting
- Ansible
$185000 $207000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role If you do ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10000 and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we can place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches six months of employment.
