Develop configure and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog CMDB Knowledge and more.
Customize ServiceNow forms fields workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and UI actions.
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting Java Script HTML XML AJAX and integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services SOAP email MID)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.
Perform system upgrades patches and security updates to ensure the platform is uptodate and secure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform including performance integration and datarelated problems.
Provide training and support to endusers and administrators.
Stay current with ServiceNow features best practices and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and deliver innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience (2 years) as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including Service Catalog Incident/Problem/Change Management and CMDB.
Strong experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Business Rules UI Actions Script Includes Scheduled Jobs and Client Scripts.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Developer Certification or any related ServiceNow certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration Virtual Agent or Service Portal.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
