We are seeking a talented and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations in Bogor Indonesia. As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen from menu creation to team management ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase local Indonesian ingredients and international culinary trends
- Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment
- Manage food costs inventory and kitchen budgets to maintain profitability while ensuring quality
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to drive the overall success of the restaurant
- Oversee food preparation presentation and quality control for all culinary operations
- Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings
- Participate in special events promotions and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications :
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent culinary education
- Minimum 57 years of experience in highvolume restaurants or hotels with a proven track record in kitchen management and team leadership
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques menu planning and food cost control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Expertise in Indonesian cuisine and familiarity with local ingredients
- Understanding of international culinary trends and ability to incorporate them into menu offerings
- Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Food Safety Certification
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
