Job Description
The Contract Manager Services (mfd) serves as the primary point of contact for all contract managementrelated queries within the Service department.
- You are responsible for designing and implementing contracts from individual agreements to comprehensive contractual frameworks and service packages coordinating with customers.
- You integrate these contracts into the companys broader business relationships in close collaboration with the service management marketing and legal departments.
- Meeting customer requirements is ensured by working closely with both customers and the sales team.
- Tailoring service contracts to specific needs fosters strong customeroriented collaborations especially with key accounts.
- Reviewing service terms and conditions and identifying potential risks in cooperation with the Legal team is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications :
- A degree in engineering business administration or a related field is required. Alternatively you have completed technical training and accumulated several years of experience in the service industry.
- Professional experience in the international management of service product portfolios or service engineering is a key requirement.
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to convincingly communicate proposed solutions are essential.
- A high level of service orientation and analytical thinking is demonstrated.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English are necessary along with an enjoyment of working in intercultural teams.
