As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering a warm professional and efficient welcome and departure experience. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels valued and well taken care of from checkin to checkout reflecting the standards and values of Mvenpick Hotels and Resorts.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customerfacing role preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in English Dutch and French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera Cloud) is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
