In a nutshell
As an Onsite Support Engineer at Eurofins you will join a dynamic team to deliver IT support by phone and directly to the customers desk on location throughout the BENELUX UK and Ireland.
Where will you be based and what business will you support
Based in Brussels Belgium; you will support multiple business lines users and internal clients of a widerange of levels to Leadership teams.
How can you help us
You will:
Provide support to employees requests related to frontend systems such as desktops laptops fixed and mobile phones and applications.
Act as direct contact to our global IT teams which are responsible for requests relating to backend systems such as servers and networking.
Have the opportunity to work on various grouplevel projects throughout the aforementioned working locations.

Qualifications :
Are you our kind of extraordinary
You have:
- Experience with Desktop deployments and rollouts upgrading to latest Windows clients SCCM & Intune;
- Experience in Office 365 environments: OneDrive Teams etc.;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft enduser environment (Windows 10 MS Office etc.);
- Good knowledge of mobile solution and devices (Android iPhone etc.);
- Basic knowledge of networking (switches / patches / IP / Subnets);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- The ability to read understand and create technical documentation of the delivered solutions;
- The ability to travel throughout BENELUX UK or Ireland up to 20%;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
What else should I know:
The following skills are an advantage:
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory;
- Fluency in French is beneficial
