We are currently looking for a:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Power wash pathways facilities or other attractions on a routine basis

• Assist with other cleaning efforts throughout all park facilities as needed

• Ensure that all power washing activities are conducted in accordance with all safety and company policies and procedures

• Maintain the property and equipment in a clean presentable and safe manner

• Assist the Maintenance and Grounds team with other projects as needed

• Utilize the proper PPE depending on the nature of the job

• All other duties assigned by leadership

• Pay Rate: $22 / hr.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma GED or equivalent preferred; Equivalent work experience will also be considered

• No previous work experience required for this position

Language: Ability to read write and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with NY Child Labor Laws

• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

• Ability to work 6 PM to 12 AM for most scheduled shifts

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift

• Must possess some mechanical aptitude and ability to utilize a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand walk stoop twist kneel bend or squat for long periods of time

• Ability to remain on feet for majority of the workday

• Ability to carry push pull lift and hold objects weighing 30 pounds or more

• Ability to consistently use hands to grasp control move objects/tools

• Ability to see differences between colors and brightness

• Ability to see details of objects that are more than a few feet away

Working Conditions:

• Frequent exposure to water and pool cleaning chemicals

• Frequent exposure to variable outside temperatures including high heat cold direct sun humidity dust rain and other weather conditions

• Subject to constant repetitive motion
