A prestigious healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its Neuro Trauma PCU. In this role you will work closely with the unit director and be responsible for a mixture of administrative and clinical functions including supervising & leading staff scheduling and providing quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the delivery of highquality patient care and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Ensure the proper scheduling and coverage within the units.
- Direct supervise and evaluate patient care performed by nursing personnel.
- Coordinate the quality improvement process.
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to streamline patient flow and improve overall patient experience and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
- A BSN is required.
- Active RN License
- 5 years of RN experience required.
- 3 years of leadership experience required.
