THE OPPORTUNITY:
Were looking for a driven individual who lives in Arizona and is ready to jump into the exciting world of sales. This role supports our Arizonabased independent sales rep and Resort Customer Service Manager by increasing sales delivering toptier customer service and helping to WOW our customers every day. Schedule: MondayFriday 4045 hours/week
Pay: $30000 base Commission
Location: Candidate must be located in Arizona.

What Youll Do:
- Deliver bestinclass customer service by helping resolve issues entering orders and keeping clients happy
- Act as the goto liaison between Lakeshirts and external customers through organization clear communication and problemsolving
- Monitor and convert leads into sales using CRM tools
- Partner with reps to strategize set sales goals and coldcall new accounts
- Support with pricing credits delays troubleshooting and problem solving frequently
- Stay nimble and driven as you adapt to changes and refine your sales strategy
- Use your organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts and requests while keeping the details spoton
- Keep our customer service promises with every interaction
Youll Thrive Here If You:
- Have sales experience or a background in Business Marketing or a related field
- Bring 5star customer service skills and love solving problems
- Are selfmotivated driven and comfortable working remotely
- Enjoy working collaboratively and staying organized under pressure
- Know your way around Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Cant resist a good tshirt (and maybe a dog or two)
For this work from home position employees are required to supply:
- Reliable internet: 100 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up (200/50 recommended)
- Wired cable or DSL connection
- Dual monitors camera and compatible equipment (no chromebooks)
