About the Team
On the Admissions Team our goal is to help prospective students understand how Campus can meet their academic needs and support them closely throughout the evaluation and enrollment process. This team is composed of Admissions Counselors across the country who interact with potential students on a daily basis. Our Admissions Counselors serve as the first point of contact for prospective students as they explore their college options.
About the Role
We are seeking anAdmissions Counselor whose primary responsibility will be to increase overall student enrollment educate prospective students on the value of Campus and participate in the college admissions process. This role will be specifically focused on our healthcare program helping prospective students understand the opportunities and impact of a healthcare education through Campus. The Admissions Counselor will work closely with Student Success and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for students by establishing processes procedures and customer service standards and ensuring their effective implementation for all prospective students.
Youre excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Make outbound calls emails SMS and lead inperson appointments to potential students who have requested information about Campus programs
- Own the fullcycle admissions process
- Evaluate the prospective students needs interests and qualifications while providing clear and concise information to help the prospective student make an informed decision on program/course offerings delivery mode and school fit
- Present information accurately and ethically regarding the school program offerings structure accreditation cost and benefits specific to the prospective student
- Generate inquiries from prospective students that convert to enrolled students
- Share the value of Campus with prospective students
- Assist in reducing preenrollment attrition
Were excited about you because...
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in higher education admissions and recruiting
- You have experience in a KPI/ metric driven environment with a sense of urgency
- You have a deep understanding of the sales process and the challenges and opportunities it presents
- You have the ability to thrive in a fastpaced evolving startup environment
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and are able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- You are proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- You have a passion for ensuring access to higher education
Nice to have: You are proficient in working within Salesforce or a related CRM system and advanced knowledge of GSuite
Location: Campus Sacramento in office Monday Friday
