Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Delivers Unparalleled Hospitality to each customer that visits our caf
- Interacts with crew leaders customers and vendors
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment tools and supplies are properly in stock and stored
- Accurate order taking includes repeating order to customer at time of order
- Setting up or closing down the dining room restrooms and patios
- Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties and restocking
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant facetoface interactions with crew members and customers.
- Safely navigate in a fastpaced caf environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Most shifts are between six to eight hours but this may vary.
- Crew Memberscan expect to have some early mornings late evenings weekend and/or holiday hours and may have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
- Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Caf uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
