Board Certified Infectious Disease locums needed for: YRMG clinic wound care clinic and inpatient consultations .. The need includes IVIg orders for the Infusion Center.

Duties: inpatient consultations: and IVIg orders for the Infusion Center
Days per month: Full time MonFri
Required Procedures: in office dressing changes/wound care and IVIg orders for the Infusion Center.
EMR: CERNER
Support Staff: 1 MA 1 front office
Reason for Coverage: Long term provider is retired
Deal breakers: need someone who can come for an extended time not just 12 weeks.

Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 3090 days will issue emergency privileges for providers who can start asap
Requirements: clean malp and background for rushed credentialing
Credentialing with other facilities N/a only with Dignity Health YRMG for this one location
Billing enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less No
