We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney in our Charlotte NC office! You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate looking to start a career in residential realestate law. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions and communicating with clients lenders brokers and title companies. Hankin & Pack Attorneys are detail oriented organized possess superior interpersonal skills and are able to handle a high number of closings daily.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
• Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders buyers and sellers
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina
• Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search.
• Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in highpressure customer service situation
• Title curative
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited Law School
• NC bar license required; SC bar license preferred.
• Hold either a current appointment as a NC Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to beginning employment.
• One or more years of residential realestate law experience preferred but not required.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
