LOOKING FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS WHO ARE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA CANDIDATES
Position : Appointment / Lead Setter
Working Schedule : 8a5p CST
Salary Range :$1200$1400 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Appointment / Lead Setter. This individual will play a key role in initiating customer engagement generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team to close. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator resultsdriven and comfortable with outreach through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls emails and social media outreach to prospective leads
- Qualify leads based on target customer profiles and specific criteria
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
- Follow up with inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven 2 years of experience in lead generation appointment setting or telemarketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools email platforms and outreach software
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
