We are currently searching for a Voice Engineer with Genesys Cloud :
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage voice infrastructure solutions with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud. (Core function and primary technology)
- Administer and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager). (Key Cisco technology)
- Manage and support Cisco Unity Connection voicemail systems. (Related Cisco technology)
- Work with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) environments. (Specific Cisco contact center platform)
- Configure and troubleshoot voice gateways. (Essential voice infrastructure component)
- Implement and manage SIP trunking solutions. (Key voice communication protocol)
- Understand and work with various voice codecs. (Fundamental voice technology knowledge)
- Utilize strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills to resolve voicerelated issues. (Critical soft skill)
- Adhere to network security principles and best practices in voice system deployments. (Important security aspect)
Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of experience in Voice Engineering. (Significant experience level)
- Extensive experience with:
- Genesys Cloud (Primary required skill)
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) (Key required skill)
- Cisco Unity Connection (Key required skill)
