Staff Software Engineer (Backend)
Compensation: $160000$200000 plus equity. Premium benefits package included.
Minimum Experience Required: 8 years of backend engineering experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Your Impact: As a Staff Backend Engineer youll define backend architecture and technical strategy. Youll design and implement highperformance scalable backend systems leading crossteam initiatives and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities:
Define backend architecture and technical strategy to support our applications and business goals.
Design and implement highperformance scalable backend systems that ensure reliability and efficiency.
Lead crossteam initiatives and mentor other engineers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
8 years of backend engineering experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices with expert knowledge of Python Go or Java.
Strong database design and optimization skills to ensure high performance and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience as a technical lead or principal engineer to guide team initiatives and drive technical excellence.
Contributions to opensource projects or technical publications to showcase your expertise and thought leadership.
