Rehabilitation LPN (Days)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Rehab Unit in Kansas City MO. The ideal Candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding care in a supportive teamoriented environment. A Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a rehab unit typically has a variety of responsibilities focused on providing basic medical care supporting the recovery process and assisting the healthcare team.

Bonus Options: up to $7500 (Paid out as stipends every 90 days)

Shifts Available: Days

Hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm

Location: St. Joseph Medical Center Kansas City MO

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Deliver highquality nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation unit including medication administration wound care and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at promoting patient recovery and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress treatments and responses ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process treatment options and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate closely with registered nurses therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.

1. Current and valid state license.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. IV certification upon hire (state specific).
