Position Title: Speech and Language Pathologist (S.L.P.)Classification: ExemptPosition Type: Full time (185 day position)Salary: Teacher/Therapy Salary ScheduleProbationary Period: 90 daysReports To: Supervising Therapist/Program AdministratorSummary/Objective:The Speech and Language Therapist will function as an integral member of educational teams providing direct service consultation and evaluations to a range of students with special education needs. Therapists will carry a caseload as assigned by the Educational Team Leader and Supervising Therapist in conjunction with other therapy team members and/or local school districts. Therapists will provide services in an integrated manner utilizing 1:1 small group and large group settings and may work in separate classrooms or in integrated settings as appropriate to the student Functions/Duties:To provide clinical speech and language services to provide evaluations and participate in team consultation to teachers and model appropriate techniques and and improve professional work with maintain appropriate assist in the development of inservice training work with members of the educational team to develop appropriate goals and objectives for each Keystone policies and student duties as assigned by Program : Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Skills required to perform responsibilities required to maintain Registration and Licensure interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
