The videographer/photographer is responsible for creation implementation and maintenance of all photo and video assets for the University. This position is responsible for operating video and camera equipment and standard editing software to capture special events as well as documenting campus happenings and providing original creative assets for marketing and communications materials.

Job Responsibilities and Execution
- Collaborates with the marketing creative team and project management team to provide campuswide videography photography and postproduction editing services for marketing purposes live events and small and largescale video productions
- Demonstrates the ability to take creative direction and independently execute visual concepts with minimal oversight delivering results that align with strategic goals and brand standards
- Shoots highquality photos and videos for marketing campaigns including paid digital advertisements social media outofhome (OOH) campaigns enrollment management materials and website promotions
- Edits and retouches photographs using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure polished professional results ready for multichannel use
- Captures dynamic visually compelling images that inspire target audiences demonstrating strong composition lighting and artistic sensibility aligned with brand standards
- Oversees all aspects of onset production including lighting sound and camera setup to ensure technically and aesthetically strong outcomes
- Maintains and organizes project files and creative assets within Bynder the Universitys Digital Asset Management (DAM) system ensuring easy access and proper categorization for Universitywide sharing
- Keeps equipment organized and wellmaintained at all times
Service Excellence
Communication Teamwork and Collaboration
- Works closely with creative content director project manager staff photographer/videographer and assistant vice president (AVP) of marketing to maintain and plan content calendar
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal creative team University constituents and media professionals to complete projects in a timely manner
- Engages with University colleagues to ensure clear consistent onbrand communication through photo and video
- Fosters positive communication with all constituents

Required Qualifications An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of two years experience in videography/photography field
Knowledge Skills and Abilities May be representative but not all inclusive of the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Strong creative skills
- Ability to maintain awareness of best practices and current trends in videography and photography and integrate knowledge into project planning and execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve
- Experience operating and maintaining photography and videography equipment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized motivated and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong professional integrity
- Ability to plan ahead think critically and solve problems independently
