Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley and Holy Cross Jordan Valley west is looking for a gastroenterologist to help provide 24 hour call coverage to both site concurrently. The team will need a total between all locums of 7 shifts per month.

Duties: EGD
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: MA RN Echo Tech Lab Tech Nuclear Tech Xray Tech
Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage.
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60 days standard
Requirements: Candidate must have active UT license to release preapplication. Candidate must have active UT license CSR and DEA to release full application. Candidates must have clean file to be eligible for emergency temp privs. Providers CV must be in MM/YYYY format to meet requirements for credentialing.
