The Undersea Technology Analysis Group (UTAG) within SPAs Sea Land & Air Division conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions plans and strategies to deliver emerging undersea technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea and naval special warfare enterprises including those within resourcing and requirements (OPNAV N97) acquisition (program offices for undersea technologies and naval special warfare) and science and technology (Office of Naval Research DARPA). SPA is seeking a senior management analyst to support Naval Expeditionary Programs (PMS 408) with their portfolio.
Job duties will include working closely with a government program manager on efforts supporting the acquisition delivery and sustainment of Naval Expeditionary systems. The analyst will collect review and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government; present their findings in written products or briefings; and monitor milestones (such as cost schedule and technical risk) for PMS 408 programs. The analyst will work with different stakeholders across the Naval Expeditionary community and adjacent communities (including operators technology developers other program offices and resource sponsors) to integrate their perspectives and priorities into PMS 408s efforts. The analyst will assist the government in preparing materials for program reviews budget submissions white papers analyses and acquisition documentation.
