We are looking for an entrepreneurial resultsoriented Principal Product Manager Tech to join our Amazon Warehousing & Distribution team. Key job responsibilities
As a Principal PMT you will own customer research benchmarking strategy and execution for your domain. You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a crossfunctional team of engineers designers program managers scientists and other product owners. You will drive daytoday product development from design through to release. Your product requirements are concise with clear measurable success criteria. You are an effective negotiator make smart tradeoffs without sacrificing quality and drive appropriate schedules. You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships. You independently represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders
A day in the life
In this role you will drive the strategy and roadmap for solutions that enable the movement of inventory across Amazons supply chain efficiently focusing on offAmazon customers as well. You will be working with world class data science and engineering partners to achieve the same.
You will regularly work crossfunctionally and will share and drive best practices across the broader organization. You will be an active mentor and force multiplier educating broader team members on leading practices.

Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Bachelors degree in engineering statistics computer science operations research business analytics information systems or equivalent
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
