Job Description
As a Supply Planner you will be responsible forproduction planning of SKUs on specific manufacturingassets. You will conduct mid and longterm planning through to finitescheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations suppliers and demand to ensure aproper flow of information and operational execution.
In this role you will:
- Develop short and longterm endtoend supply chain plans for itemsproduced internally and externally
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate delivering finishedgoods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
- Perform rootcause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
- Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
- Deliver master and detailed schedules and longrange plans (including capacityconsiderations)and material requirement plans by using system tools
- Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rateinventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
What you need to be successful:
- Experience in Customer Service & Logistics area preferably in production planning
- Experience in FMCG environment preferably food or other fast moving dynamic industrywhere shelf life is a constraint will be a plus
- Able to influence crossfunctional teams working on the key priorities and improving the plan
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills and able to understand and interpret data
- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SAP & MS Excel
