About the role:
Looking for an associate who is good at troubleshooting of various BMS HVAC Assets with experience into voice support/customer support roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolving platformbased deviations
Support for Technician calls
Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems
Ticket Handling in WO Management Tools from Creation to Checkout approval to PrePost analysis
Collaboration with OEMs across the stages of field resolution
Remote validation through Live IOT Portals
Implementation of Controls programming changes
Flair for root cause analysis and tracking issues to closure
Additional ADHOC activities to support business goals
