About the role

Working within our Shared Services department you will be a key functional application administrator responsible for the administration configuration and maintenance of our corporate systems with a focus on UKG Pro Kronos WFC and HRIS. You will be responsible for support (BAU and project) request solutions problem resolutions and system development (reports queries configuration).

This is a permanent fulltime role location flexible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior functional support and administration for our corporate systems including UKG Pro.
  • Provide coordination and expertise for:
    • BAU problems and requests
    • reporting
    • project deliverables
    • system maintenance and updates
    • data integration and migration activities
    • testing implementation upgrades
  • Manage incidents problems and requests and functional issues through to completion within agreed time frames
  • Provide functional advice to business on best use ofcorporate systems and actively contribute to the ongoing development of Shared Services solutions and systems
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders (Shared Services ICT P&C Finance and beyond) to ensure solutions match business requirements and assist with change management solutions
  • Work with the Technical Application Administrators to coordinate user needs requests and support
  • Work with the external vendors and consultants
  • Document:
    • Functional system administration processes and procedures
    • Change management
    • System diagrams and flows
    • User documentation and training guides
    • Testing (endtoend UAT etc.)
    • Project documentation
    • Communications

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a functional administrator UKG Pro expert in a medium to large organisation
  • Demonstrated indepth knowledge skills and confidence configuring Time & Attendance Rostering Award Interpretation and HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated experience providing frontline functional user support for HRIS and/or Payroll systems
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Excel to analyse data and reconcile results of system changes
  • Experience working with change governance frameworks and protocols including change implementation and testing and creating supporting documentation for processes and procedures testing and training.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly identifying and analysing solutions in a timely manner and managing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Confidence engaging with business users to capture issues and business requirements and ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders including managers peers employees external organisations and service providers
  • Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal including the ability to lead a workshop or deliver training
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines and produce quality work

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
