Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Policy Analyst to support research evaluation and development of public policy initiatives. In this remote role you will analyze legislation interpret data draft reports and provide recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking. The ideal candidate has strong research skills excellent writing abilities and a solid understanding of government and regulatory processes.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze legislation regulations and policy trends
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support policy development
Prepare policy briefs reports and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Provide actionable insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in public policy political science economics or related field (Masters preferred)
2 years of experience in policy analysis or related work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
